A bit of history
Building 57 on Gilyarovsky Street was built in 1907 by the architect Ivan Rerberg, the author of the Kievsky railway station and the Central Telegraph.
CM International’s new office is located on Gilyarovsky Street in the Meshchansky district of Moscow. The street got its modern name in 1966 in memory of Vladimir Gilyarovsky, ‘the king of Moscow reporters' and author of the famous book ‘Moscow and Muscovites'. The district itself is famous for its Old Moscow streets, boulevards, gardens, historical and architectural monuments and cultural heritage sites. One of them is house No. 57 on Gilyarovsky Street.
Building 57 is now known as the Centrosoyuz building, a sign welcomes guests at the entrance. In front of the house there is a quiet green courtyard, where you can leisurely and in detail look at the neo-Gothic facade.

The six-storey historic mansion and the 11-storey new building form a single complex. CM International’s office is located on the eleventh floor, offering panoramic views of the city.
